Conference of Parties 27 or known as COP27 is one of the biggest climate summits in the world. Fridays For Future Indonesia was embroiled in that huge event and we send 2 delegates over to COP27. One of our members (Daffa) was actively engaged in establishing Climate Education Coalition at COP27 and was one of the initiators of the coalition at COP27 along with tens of young leaders worldwide.

Climate Education Coalition has its priority in quality education, especially in the climate sector. In alignment with the targets of SDG4, SDG13, Article 12 of the Paris Agreement, Article 26 of the UN Declaration of Human Rights, and UNESCO ESD Programme, we are working ahead and demanding effective and consistent collaborative actions from the COP28 UAE Presidency and the Minister(s) of Education & Environment from UN member states to ensure the establishment of quality education to tackle the climate crisis.

Therefore, we hope the impact that we will bring to our lovely nations could be as huge as we expect. Because we believe that education is the weapon that will completely change the world to be much better for every human-beings life.
